When you have a message requiring immediate attention, our Agent will dispatch the message following your escalation protocols to your On Call Personnel. Our Agent would continue to follow your calling list until someone is reached. Our Agent would continue to follow your calling list until someone was reached.

A phone call can be combined with a text or email. For example you have an emergency message which may be texted to your On Call Person first and if no confirmation response is received within 15 minutes our Agent would then call the On Call Person’s cell or home number. If the On Call Person is not answering we would then follow your escalation calling list until someone is reached.

We can also connect the caller by patching them directly with you or your On Call Personnel if you prefer and avoid play phone tag.
